Return Policy - Majnoon Perfumery

We at Majnoon Perfumery are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our fragrances. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we have outlined our return policy below to facilitate a seamless return process.

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. You may initiate a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. The fragrance must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition, with the packaging intact.
  3. Returns are only applicable to purchases made directly from our official website.
  4. The product will not be eligible for return just with the mere excuse of not liking the products fragrance.
  5. If the product complaint is that it does not match to the referred perfume then bill of original referred perfume and its present possession by the customer will be required to confirm the difference in fragrance.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate the Return: To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at +91-8779708375 within the 5-day window.

  2. Provide Information: Kindly provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. This information will aid us in processing your request swiftly.

  3. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to proceed.

  4. Secure Packaging: Safely pack the fragrance in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Make sure to include all original contents, such as the fragrance box and any accompanying materials.

  5. Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the return back to us. Please ensure the package is adequately sealed and that you retain proof of shipment.

  6. Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item passes inspection, we will process the refund.

Refund Process:

  1. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  2. Please allow up to 10-15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Non-Returnable Items:

  1. 8ml perfumes which are actually paid testers are non-returnable.
  2. Any items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing packaging are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a fragrance, you will need to initiate a return following the guidelines above and place a new order for the desired product.
